3. a combination of direct hire search experience with a third-party recruiter and corporate recruiting experience is preferred

general purpose:

accountable for all activities related with logistics operation in cgep project.

control the rto project cost in the project implementation within budget.

responsible for the commission alignment running after the project launched.

principle accountabilities:

ensure 100% compliance on core operating principle in all event during the assigned project implementation and launch period.

work with the project team to ensure the cgep warehouse design under the expectation.

work with 3rd party supplier to setup it platform， eg wms， cctv monitoring， etc.

conduct the business study and collect the operation practice from 3rd party warehouse to design sop for the operation in cgep

develop cgep logistics operation team and manage the training plan’s execution.

lead the p-fmea review to evaluate the operation risk and set up the contingency plan.

control the rto project cost in the project implementation with budget.

lead the commission running in the warehouse and ensure the commercialization run smoothly with the proper management process in place.

resolve the internal and external conflict in skill during the project implementation.

regularly submit the project status report to indicate the achievement， concern and decision

submit the pre-alarm signal to leadership team while meet the bottleneck without resolution within project team.

岗位职责：

1、工程设计部门，负责石油化工项目工艺专业工程设计，进行流程组织和优化操作单元设计;

2、化工流程设计、物料平衡、能量平衡和公用工程消耗计算;

3、绘制或校对管道平面布置图，设备平面布置图，管道单线图;

4、详细施工图设计出图。

任职资格：

1、熟悉石油化工或煤化工工艺设计流程、熟练使用工程制图及工艺计算软件;

2、掌握国家和行业的工程设计规范及标准;

3、能独立完成本专业的设计计算任务;

4、化学工程与工艺或相关专业，本科以上学历;
