职责描述：

general overview

as the key link between the aldo group’s buying and supply chain teams， the merchandiser

serves as the company’s primary point of entry and delivery follow up. members of the department work closely with the suppliers on a daily basis and act as a liaison between the suppliers， the buying team and team members (pd/developer/technician).

key responsibilities

- support the buying team through po deliveries and confirmations

- responsible for the majority of communication with suppliers when it comes time to confirm the deliveries.

- manage and coordinate purchase order process with suppliers perform delivery follow-up with suppliers and coordinate deliveries with freight forwarders

- production schedule tracing and monitoring. keep updating information to the whole team ， make sure entire liaison working fluently.

- coordinate with finance department to resolve pricing discrepancies

- follow up with suppliers and forwarders on deliveries

- work closely with freight forwarders and customs ( international and local )

-daily communication with our pd department on any production issues.

key requirements

- college or university degree

-10 years of similar experience

- positive attitude with an eagerness to learn

-ability to multi-task and prioritize

- good understanding and application of operating processes

- able to work in a high pressure environment

- basic computer skills including word excel

- spoken and written english skills are mandatory

- team-working spirit is extremely important

- costing experience is a plus
