职责描述：

1、独立完成gms测试环境搭建，及独立完成gms认证测试;

2、gms技术资料梳理，对接认证技术需求，保证gms认证测试结果正确

3、解答认证错误及不符合原因，给出正确的规范标准;

4、gms认证测试报告发布。

职位要求：

1、按照测试流程和计划，构建cts测试环境，执行cts测试用例

2、熟悉google gms认证测试规则;

3、熟悉linux系统

4、手机行业1年以上测试工作经验，gms认证测试工作经验，有在第三方gms认证实验室工作经验者优先

适配人群	HRBP支持岗，销售运营专员，人力数据分析师	使用场景	招聘渠道评估，销售激励管理，人力成本分析
设立背景	公司要管好美容顾问的考勤、销售提成、离职率这些数据
核心职能	盯美容顾问的数据，算招聘渠道效果，看提成方案合不合理，给销售和hrbp提建议
工作内容	收销售相关报表、分析月度离职和人力数据、查提成计划执行情况、跑sap单、翻译、签合同
协作关系	天天跟市场部、销售部、hrbp打交道，向hr c&b团队汇报，配合做临时项目，有时帮翻译或处理流程

职责描述：

responsibilities:

• work closely with marketing and sales teams for sales related data/report collection and analysis， including but not limited to beauty advisors’ attendance， sales incentive scheme， payment， turnover rate and etc.

• analyze monthly turnover date and hc report of beauty advisors to measure the performance of different recruiting channels， report the result and raise improvement suggestion to bu hrbp and sales department.

• review and track beauty advisors’ sales incentive plan， provide the analysis report and raise the improvement suggestions

• other routine support such as sap orders and payments， translation support， contract process， etc.

• other support for hr cb team and ad hoc projects

general description:

key accountabilities:

 provide day-to-day support for operations to maximize the reliability of production equipment.

 executing advanced software/database troubleshooting.

 optimize the maintenance strategies (preventive and corrective) for production equipment.

 work in conjunction with quality， manufacturing and functional area managers/supervisors to align support systems such as computerized maintenance management system， spare parts inventory， planning and scheduling.

 act as technical lead for the equipment and associated utilities to support projects and enhance operator and maintenance technician capabilities.

 work with quality， operations， maintenance and engineering to support the site equipment reliability program. leads technical troubleshooting efforts to determine the root cause of equipment failures and underperformance. implement timely， effective corrective actions.

 evaluate maintenance strategies to ensure the effective use of resources and to maximize equipment reliability and reduce maintenance costs.

 optimize spare parts inventory to deliver cost effective equipment availability.

 ensuring accurate data collection/analysis and by establishing and monitoring reliability key performance indicators.

 meets all regulatory requirements and participates in audits to enhance inspection readiness. monitors and follows up for ensuring timely completion of all commitments.

 takes necessary action to eliminate and immediately address safety hazards. communicate any observed unsafe behaviors immediately.

qualifications requirements:

 a bachelor’s degree in engineering (automation， computer) is required.

 5 years relevant experience in data-collection development (opc-server， wincc，labview， or other advance computer-language).

 working knowledge of siemens plc’s is preferred.

 working knowledge of relational databases (sql server) is preferred.

 knowledge of pm (preventative maintenance) is a plus.
