财务合并&分摊 it顾问岗位职责要求

适配人群财务系统实施顾问，管理会计分析师，财务流程优化师使用场景合并报表编制，管理会计分析，费用分摊核算
设立背景公司要管好钱和账，得有人专门搞财务流程和系统。
核心职能搭财务模型、跑sap bpc系统、理清分摊逻辑、帮财务算清楚账。
工作内容梳理销售采购生产等流程，建模运维bpc，处理合并分摊数据，写分析报告。
协作关系跟销售、生产、采购、hr部门天天聊，向财务经理汇报，配合it做系统升级，帮业务部门改流程。

职位描述：

岗位职责：

1、负责公司销售，生产，采购，部门费用，资本支出，现金，税金，人力资源等业务流程的梳理与分析，优化财务合并与分摊业务逻辑；

2、负责公司合并分摊系统(sap bpc)的建模，运维，分析与数据处理；

3、负责跨部门沟通，提高财务流程与管理会计流程效率。

岗位要求：

1、具备4年以上 sap fico 项目实施经验，本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业或财务管理专业，财务理论基础知识扎实。熟悉业务及财务知识背景，具备管理会计知识，能够贯通业务数据。熟悉财务分摊、合并报表、预算管理、财务计划与分析等经营管理流程；

2、具有较强的学习能力和沟通能力，善于业务流程梳理、分析和业优化；

3、加分项 - 3年以上sap bpc，或者hyperion海波龙实施或运维经验，至少全程参与过2个或2个以上完整（合并分摊）it项目实施经验；

4、加分项 - 3年以上sap bw实施或运维经验，熟悉bw模型搭建。

财务合并&分摊 it顾问岗位职责要求：财务合规

适配人群财务经理，合规主管，会计负责人使用场景财务报告，预算编制，税务合规
设立背景公司要管好钱，得有人盯账本、守规矩、防风险。财务合规这事不能马虎，得专人干。
核心职能管账务合规、做财务报告、控成本、帮领导看懂钱去哪儿了。不光记账，还得守税法、守会计准则。
工作内容编报表和预测、审财务报告、找省钱办法、维护总账、管应收应付、做预算分析、支持临时任务。
协作关系跟财务部同事天天打交道，向财务总监汇报，帮业务部门解财务问题，配合审计和总部项目，有时要和it聊erp。

合规经理-财务方向  accurately prepare financial statements， business activity reports， and forecasts.

 provide technical expertise and advice on complex accounting issues to functional or operational areas managers to help them develop revenue and expense budgets， understand financial reports， and manage their financial responsibilities， to ensure the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.

 review company financial reports and seek ways to reduce costs.

 ensure the accounting activities managed in accordance with accounting principles and comply with all relevant tax laws and regulations that affect the industry. these activities may include accounts payable and receivable; general ledger maintenance; financial analysis and reporting; budgeting， revenue， and asset accounting.

 analyze market trends to find opportunities for expansion， and help management make financial decisions.

 support headquarters and superior for ad hoc projects as necessary.

the incumbent

 bachelor degree or above in accounting or related disciplines.

 8 years overall combined accounting and finance experience， from which 5 years management experience.

 cpa or cma preferred.

 thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.

 experience with manufacturing business preferred.

 excellent accounting software user and administration skills.

 audit experience preferred but not necessary.

 knowledge of erp systems.

 good leadership skill， problem solving and analytical skill.

设立背景公司要管钱管账管风险，得有人定规矩、盯流程、防出错。
核心职能定财务制度、管资金流动、控成本定价、审重大收支、带会计团队。
工作内容编报月季年报表、审批财务单据、监督资金部、管贷款和外币、会签合同。
协作关系跟ceo和cfo汇报，和hr定岗位职责，和业务部门核预算，和法务看合同，和it对接财务系统。

岗位要求：

1、全日制会计、经济管理等相关专业本科及以上学历;

2、8年以上财务经理工作经验，具有注册会计师资格证书者优先;

3、有融资、并购、运作公司上市经验者优先;

4、精通财务分析、利润规划、成本控制、资金预算等管理知识;

5、有ipo经验优先;

6、有sap，金蝶，用友软件财务电算化经验;

7、有计算机应用知识基础;
